Consent for use of personal data

To meet the requirements of the new GDPR the Society must seek approval to hold your personal details and use such information to manage the Society business. The Society will use the information to process your membership, post your journal and process your information where appropriate. The Society will not pass the information to any other organisation except for distribution of the journal or as required by law.

If you cease to be a member your personal information will be deleted from the Membership and Member’s Interests databases.

The form below must be completed and signed by all members, irrespective of where they reside and the type of membership they hold.

In addition there is a separate declaration for your details to be included in the Members Interests Leaflet in the journal. Members may withhold their details in which case only the Membership number will be included and contact will then be made via the Member’s Interests Co-ordinator.
