Consent for use of personal data
To meet the requirements of GDPR the Society must seek approval to hold your personal details and use such information to manage the Society business. The Society will use the information to process your membership, post your journal and process your information where appropriate. The Society will not pass the information to any other organisation except for distribution of the journal or as required by law.
If you cease to be a member your personal information will be deleted from the Membership and Members' Interests databases.
The form below must be completed and signed by all members, irrespective of where they reside and the type of membership they hold.
In addition, there is a separate declaration on the Members' Interests submission form which you will have received when you joined. This confirms your agreement for the Members' Interests Coordinator to give your details to a member with whom you wish to be in contact.
